Our 5-Year Security Door Warranty
If a VP8 door we installed ever fails under normal commercial use because of our materials or installation anytime in the next 5 years, we fix it at no charge.
5-year coverage on the VP8 door, frame, and hardware that we supplied and installed, against defects in materials or installation.
No limit on covered repairs. During each yearly inspection, we make sure your door, frame, and hardware are in perfect working condition. And if anything stops working from normal use between inspections, just call us. We’ll fix it at no charge at our earliest open slot, as many times as needed for the full 5 years. If your door won’t close or lock, we’ll put you at the top of our list. Parts and labor are already included in your price.
Does not cover abuse, impact, or crime damage like vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, intentional damage, or any damage from attempted or successful break-ins, or from modifications done by others.
All warranty terms are in writing, on paper, before we leave the job site.
Keeping your warranty active: The yearly inspection is required. We will make 3 attempts within 30 days, by phone, text, and email. If the customer declines or doesn’t respond, the warranty is void. The warranty is also void if the door, frame, or hardware is altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than a VP8 representative.
